Emma started her apprenticeship, while working at Grayton in April 2023. She has gone on to complete a Level 3 City and Guilds qualification in Business Administration.

Emma is now going to be a fully fledged member of the Finance and Administration team, specialising in Accounts. We’re so proud of Emma and all she has achieved. We look forward to seeing the next chapter of Emma’s career progress.

Grayton took part in the Apprenticeship Open Day at Humber Royal Hotel, Grimsby, on 19th February 2025, in an effort to attract future apprentices.
After months of preparation, Matt Small, QA Manager for Grayton competed in the British Powerlifting Federation and World Powerlifting Championships in Coventry on November 10th, with the goal of becoming a world champion.
