Emma started her apprenticeship, while working at Grayton in April 2023. She has gone on to complete a Level 3 City and Guilds qualification in Business Administration.

Emma is now going to be a fully fledged member of the Finance and Administration team, specialising in Accounts. We’re so proud of Emma and all she has achieved. We look forward to seeing the next chapter of Emma’s career progress.
Matt Small joined Grayton in October 2023 as QA Manager. Matt’s role at our Head Office has allowed him an improved work-life balance, and with newfound time, he has pursued a passion for strength training.
Three more of our apprentices have passed their qualifications in 2024, while we welcome another seven new apprentices to our growing skilled workforce.
